lol, its just a red seal - which are pretty uncommon, but its certainly not an error unless im missing something
said the error was that the seal was not centered, which i don't believe back to be that uncommon... i'm not sure it even had to be centered
Because of the seperate plates used in the printing process, the seals float quite a bit. I guarentee that if you got $25 in ones from your locate bank, you'd find more than a few where the seal was as "off center" as the one in the ebay listing.
