Truer words..never learn or a sickness ,I had a staff member who I loved dearly as a worker ,friend...her husband and I fished and hunted together many years....until she was caught stealing. I couldn't believe it...I had a hard time even talking to her...as they did not need anything! Her husban had a great government job, she had 20 + years in the company. I actually called my DM in to fire her...as I just couldn't look at her....
When my mum passed they came paid respects and handed me a key to their ocean front condo...saying you need a break ....the condo is open for you two any time that you can get away.
And the stuff she took was kitchen junk... nothing of real value..
The pharmacy clerk stealing pain killer on camera...duh you know you have eyes on you...plus a log book and computer records showing inventory .

    No you cannot fix stupid...

I suspect that the officials may not be easily in the clear either. This has happen a lot in the past, especially when there is a change of the officials in charge, a going away present. IMO. Jim

If the mint was smart it could make a buck or two. Legally.
