My wife and I went to a gift shop while we're vacationing in Chincoteague Virginia. This year there are a few new additions/attractions but the best of all was a gift shop called Pony Tails (great salt water taffy and excellent fudge). They added a Elongated or a Penny Press machine. Here are the 4 designs. The lighthouse is my favorite. A pleasant surprise was both sides of the Cents are pressed. All of them had the same reverse. Despite all the Cents being 2019 coins that were new, after being pressed the zinc didn't show. I had to get all 4 so I would have the entire set. I have a nice souvenir and it only cost $2.04. Another surprise was they had tokens for a ride do naturally I had to have one. It's new and what's a Quarter?
I meant to add that I also received a 2019 cent. It's better than any I've seen this year. So shiny it was difficult to take photos but I did the best I could.
Your post reminded me that I needed to get the ball rolling again on my personal elongated coin project.
