A couple of months ago, PCGS graded this.

When I checked the grades on the website, this was graded as UNC Details, damaged.
This "damage" was discussed in another thread without any conclusion. Although, a small rim nick was thrown under the bus once or twice.

Today I actually looked at the slab label and saw that they were more specific.

After two months of bitterness towards the blind man who graded my coin, it became perfectly clear...

    ... I'm the blind one.
Now it's the only thing I see when I look at the coin. Lame.

Ignorance is bliss I guess! LOL
I wouldn't pay any attention to those little scratches.....they just look like toning. It's a stunner Greg, but now do you wish you never found out? Personally, I would prefer illusion to despair.

I didn't notice it until you showed the slab that said graffitti

Yeah, I do agree that they were right all along. However, it is a beautiful coin, that should be enjoyed. Most problem coins are ugly and damaged looking--this one isn't--so worry not about the TPG. At lease you know it is uncirculated.
