Hi I have a few silver eagles in plastic coin holders and I was wondering if these are safe to store my coins in. I will include a pic of it.
    Thanks, freaky

They are okay to store them in. They are the same as do-it-yourself-slabs basically.

They are known to cause some pretty wild toning sometimes. So if you don't like toning, don't use them.

Will it make good toning? Like bullseye toning?

It could , bullseye toning is probably formed in Whitman like holders , where the cardboards sulfer interacts with the edge of the coin 1st , but nobody can predict with certainty how something will tone .

I have 2 sets in Dansco albums full and those tone rather nicely.
The ones I have in the cigar boxes in the garage ..yeah, not so much.
