Hmm. That coin didn't sell the first time he posted it several weeks ago, so lets see if it sells now at a reduced price. I myself can't hardly wait to find a coin with fingerprints thats been cleaned and overpriced by $88.95!!!

This is INDEED a rare error because it's at least the second time it's been listed on ebay (by the same seller now what a coincidence).

It was posted on a thread the first time and I emailed the seller about it. HE DOES NOT LIKE ME. Said he was going to block my bids - like I really care or would ever bid. What a moron!


Want to have some fun? Ask him a general question about the item. He'll most likely respond in a nasty manner. I know it amused me.

Now that his price has been reduced I,e thought of adding it to my rare fingerprint collection to go along with the rare bank teller print and the rare grocers print.

I guess it is possible when the die was made a print could have been on it.
This would mean there are more out there floating around.

i Offer him 10 each of the new dollars all with this new rare error. I was only charging him $10 a piece for them.....he could have had a heck of a mark up lol

 

I sent him a message also and asked him if he knew that just because his dollar had a fingerprint on it doesnt justify the huge premium. LOL...we'll all be blocked from his auction...haha...who cares.

What this seller needs to do is get the print analyzed as to what comprises the pr int. If it is from MINT GREASE on the MINT EMPLOYEES fingers would it be considered a double error? Or maybe its just plan body oils and less rare!
