    Depends on what you are seeing....If you are seeing a cruddy 1982D Quarter. Then yes, you are seeing it right. Spend it.

    What does it weigh?
    Better photos of both sides can't hurt.
    Personally all I see is a possible slight MAD.
    The odds are, it's a quarter.

    If you're seeing a well worn circulated 1982-D Quarter with a misaligned Die strike then the answer to your question is yes. If not, then the answer is no.
