Altered '59 D cent?

    After reading a long & very interesting thread on the '43 copper penny I got my folder out to look at them. It's rough & I just thought they made both reverse designs for 1959 but then I googled it.... SCAN0099-1.jpg SCAN0099-2.jpg SCAN0100-1.jpg

    Has to be - the leg on the 1st 9 is lower & curves..

    The bottom tail of the second 9 would be the same as the first one.
