All I seem to see are 2003 and 2006

    This is probably a strange question, but my wife works in retail and she has noticed this as well....

    Is it just a coincidence that most bills in circulation that I run across are from either 2003 or 2006? Does it have anything to do with the region or is it just a very very odd "ko-winkydink?"

    No it's not like coins. They dont make one every year. Only when signatures change. Its by series so you can stop looking for all of them :D

    If you really meant 2003 then it's somethis regional - 2003A somehow didn't get there.
