Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone has ever had success with Alex Perakis Coin and Currency, http://www.perakiscurrency.com. He has some very nice notes for sale on his website, and he is located about 20 minutes from me! Greg
He has a section called "type Notes". Could someone explain them, because there seems to be many different varieties.
i could just be that his 'type' notes pulldown menu is just that ... letting you pick what 'type' of note you want to see.. Legal Tender' 'Gold Cert' ect .... Its not like a 'type' collection where he might have an example for each type, like 1 legal tender, 1 gold cert, 1 silver cert... ect.
He has been around for many years and is well respected. His "Type Notes" is simply a place to put everything else that does not fit onto one of his other categories.
Never heard of him until now...goes to show you how dominant the Big Guy's are huh.....Bet you can find some nice things from what I saw! Thanks for the link...good luck Greg!! RickieB
Hi Greg, July's BankNote Reporter has a 1/4 page ad by him saying that they will be at the Memphis Show and celebrating his 30th yera of attendance!! Thats pretty strong.... RickieB
