Copper alloy, 34 mm.

 

I've got the 3 1/2" bronze around here somewhere. The design is quite striking and the high relief of the medal is most astounding...........

 

I lived in Alaska for many years... a truly beautiful and mysterious place.

No gold here sadly but represented in my collection in silver:
