    He was the last of the Herodian kings. Even during the Roman rule, Judaea preserved its kings. Actually I wanted to pass this coin due to low condition. But I think historical and biblical coins ought to be identified and preserved, no matter of their condition or value. They are important for their scientific or historical hint. The following coin has Vespasian on obverse (Posthumous). Reverse has a big SC surrounded by lettering. The most marking sign is ETKS in exergue. That would mean Year 26 in Greek (85-86 AD). The right field on reverse reads in Greek AGRI. The left field reads possibly PPA- BA. Another similar coin struck in Judaea has the same date, but not in exergue. Hendin 610v. The coin weighs 5.9 g. It seems to have been turned red toned. Hope I'm right in my attribution of this rare king. Thanks for your comments.
