After 'while, crocodile

    I got this today and wanted to share it. It's from Guyana, a 1976 1 dollar coin. You can't tell from the scan but it has a mirror finish. Shiny coins don't scan well unfortunately.

    Well...I like the crocodile, he's cool. :thumb:

    But the uhmmm...obverse side is a bit too corny for me. It probably should read "Other People's Money - Our Most Precious Asset" "Bank of Guy & Ana" :cool:

    Well, the crocodile is what I like, and that's why I consider it the "obverse." When I look through my coin albums, that's the side I want to look at. There's a whole series of coins like this from this year actually and they're all nice. I might post the others sooner or later.
