S.A. Mint With all the resources there I to wonder why bullion gold ( Krugerrands ) is there but collector sets are few and far between . In this case the low mintage seems to hurt that martket rather then help. They have plenty of gold and can get all the silver they need to have a very fine mint program. They do not post prices, do not answer mail or in general care about spreading the animal themes and others to the world. It would put people to work, and they could become a collectors paradise.
