    Just curious, since the upper 2 are both specimens & the lower 2 (P-17r & P-18r) are remainders, are these very difficult to attain as issued notes?

    A quick search on e-bay seems to answer your question. The issued notes are listed at extortionate prices, so guessing rare. My 5 notes above wiped out most of my part-time monthly salary as a College teacher.
