AE4 identification help needed!

    I have another AE4 I couldn’t identify. It weighs 0.72 grams and is smaller than half of a US penny. The obverse is pretty worn

    It looks like the reverse is VICTORIA AVG rather than the more common VICTORIA AVGG type. If so, that makes Valentinian III the most likely emperor on the obverse.
