I am thinking about selling my Lincoln Cent collecton and just wondering the reasonable price I should ask! The collection consist of everything from 1909 to 2008 except 1909SVDB, 1922 plain, 1955 Double Die. I good part (70%) of collection is Mint State Red and 25% are Extra Fine 5% are low grade. Again thses are raw not professioal graded. Do you think asking gray sheet price is asking to much? Almost all the coins where bought from a coin dealer over the past 40 years. Any help would be welcomed!

I would start by going back to your dealer and see what he would offer. That would be a good fall back position if you need the money or time is against you. My dealer already said he would help my family either sell or buy back my coins, if something were to happen to me. He knows what you bought and the grades were established by him.
