I've recently started collecting Bust quarters. I picked up an 1806/5 and an 1807 both in solid AG+ condition off ebay. I've skipped, for the most part, the seated liberty series because its so vast. I'm also 78% done with the barber quarters and 53% done with the Standin liberty quarters. I also hope to start a high MS Washington Quarter collection soon. Any suggestions from passionate quarter collectors like myself? Please reply if you collect any of the series'.

I'm also going to post advice on cent collecting soon.

I also collect the Bust series quarters, The early years are more rarer in the better grades,I have 2 UNCs! and they are wounderfully toned!and good strike. If your going to put big money down on one someday, Please pay attention to STRIKE!!!all the bust series are pleaged with medium to light strikes, with a good eye, you can get a great one in the lower grades also with a full strike.

Thanks for the feedback "2coins". My two early bust coins, the 1806/5 and 1807, both have medium strikes. I'll use the advice in the future and its good to hear from a quarter enthusiast as yourself.
