Advice Blurry coin

    Hello,I have this 2018 quarter.That lools to me too have some type of error or damage.Can anyone help me out with any info please

    Could be damage from a coin counting/wrapping machine.

    It does appear to have been softly struck, but I will defer to the error/variety people on this.

    On a clear day, I can see Cumberland Island from one of the high bridges on my daily commute.
