Actual value of this 40 Centisimos

    I'm interested in this 1866 40 centisimos, I know actual values at different from values in any of the books. What do you think a fair offer for it would be?     well my 4th edition 2004 Krause values this coin at....
    KM#628.2 , Spain, 40 centavos, .810 silver, 6 pointed star
    grade/value
    VG-$3.50 F-$7.50 VF-$12.50 XF-$25.00
    I am not sure how close these values are to the real market value ?
    I have bought from that Ebay seller. he is honest.

    A couple years ago I won an 1864 in an ebay auction. In fine it lists for $21, I had to pay $18. I know that doesn't really help much.
