With bad photos, no explanation, and an Accugrade slab, what would your expectations be? A coin that isn't extremely rare but in short enough supply to add a decent premium.
If the coin is actually nice (pretty toning, great mirrors) and it was in good plastic (PCGS, NGC) it's a $40 to $50 coin. Someone might pay a few extra bucks for the holder it's in. You never know. It will be interesting to actually see the coin.
These coins tend to be nice unless they have been dipped too often or have been stored in slide album where they got marks. Sometimes bad photos are bad for a reason. I am saying that with a sure expectation that that is the case here, but you should keep it in mind.
