I have been getting really annoyed searching ebay for coins and these stupid replicas keep coming up. I remember a while back doing searches and one of the ABC slabbers kept coming up. Ebay seems to have taken care of that issue now we are not getting ripped off by a US slabber we are getting jabbed by a Chinese seller. Whatcha think gang? ABC Slabbers or Replicas. Which is worse for our hobby and why? (does anyone know a way to block the word replica when doing a search on coins in ebay?)
Yes use -replica and -copy in your searchs. So when I go to largecents I put those in and then click search.
Any of the self slabbers that pick a letter. I don't want to use specifics because some of us remember all to well the lawsuits flying around and being very costly for a few individuals a few years back. I am always very careful not to mention names. Or at least I try to be.
