Yes, yes, & no. It's easy to add color to a coin. Hold it over a flame and it will color up. You'll ruin the value of the coin, but it will color up. It will not look naturally toned. The pictures of the coins he is using to sell his garbage are not toned with this stuff. They are naturally toned.
