A very rough MS coin or AU?

    Is this a really beat uncirculated coin?

    We all know most of the business Ikes look rough, but this has a lot of either bag marks or planchet flaws and a weak strike to boot. The "I" in liberty is almost unreadable.

    So, Unc or AU?

    The image makes me think AU but not sure I could argue with MS-60.
