a sloppy proof franklin.

    riff I ain't got time to bleed

    this is the only proof coin i have that should not have made it out. the top of the 'R' in 'LIBERTY' looks like a W it is so sloppy. it is the only franklin i have with an R like that. any one else have a '62 proof like that? and the date has a filled 9. i thought they inspected all of these to make sure this thing didnt happen on proofs.
