A not so perfect example of the 2008 quarter

Meow has what Meow thinks is a circulated satin finish quarter in paw right now. The strike is nice, and the coin has the color of aluminum to it. Meow has found one other satin quarter before CRH. So when Meow went to go put it away with the other one, Meow noticed there was a flaw in the coin. Meow thought that the Mint went out of their way to make near perfect examples for the coins they sell in sets, for a premium. But it seem quality control has missed this one. Meow loves them too. Meow has a special box for them in the Cat hoard. WIN_20190221_03_22_20_Pro.jpg

That is a fun example @MeowtheKitty - and nice organizational boxes, except you probably ought to have your owner change the label on that other box to read "Doubled Dies" instead of "Double Dies"

That King Salmon came up for the "Bead Butted 88 Special" fly!

Meow made up the box before joining coin talk, so Meow did not know any better. The Cat hoard usually does not get so organized. But Meow had so many examples they warranted a special box, or boxes soon.
