I also find that coin interesting. I'm thinking some sort of die flaw such as a gouge or a crack but I have too little knowledge in this area to offer you much help. I do believe that the coin is some type of die variety or error and anld not something else such as a planchet flaw. you really need an expert to look over the coin and have him or hergive you their opinion
