A New Offset Error addition..pretty cool full offset

    As Lady luck shone down upon me again..here is the latest "Offset Error" added to the collection of them.

    Also a new Series 1934C $10 Cleveland OH District. I have decided to put together a full 34C Set as well..$5 and $10's
