A Neat Double Struck Cent

    I bought this guy this past weekend. I thought it was neater then your average double struck cent. some nice color and the date is just about where it should be just upside down.

    No, The coin was struck once normally... and it looks like it wasn't quite ejected right and another planchet fell into the chamber. This coin then was smashed against the blank planchet.

    If I understand what you're saying, then it is a brockage. The definition of which is a coin that is struck with another coin or a fragment of another coin above or below it. If the second strike occurred with a second coin in the chamber, then brockage would be an accurate description of the partial second strike.

    Brockage errors are caused when an already minted coin sticks to the coin die and impresses onto another coin. Unlike his coin they're full mirror images.

    That would be true, But the operative word is COIN. In this case there was a planchet in the chamber not a second coin. So it is NOT a brockage, partial or otherwise.
