help: The image is very hard to see, but the strange part is that it doesn't seem to be reversed (the D that I can see to the left of the image). That would be a sure sign of pressing.
The D you see is not a D but the C in ameriCa. You can see the RIC and it is backwards, also the EN of cent just above the E. This coin had another cent pressed or hammered into it.
