    4 is the clearest and shows a greater contrast between the background, iceberg, and whale.

    1 is too much light, 2 kind of dark, 3 seems fuzzy - so number 4 it is. Maybe you should now take those images and try that stacking software. I downloaded and installed, but have not had time to play with it.

    Tried it myself. Just still a touch too much glare at 12 to 1 o'clock.

    Coins 1 & 3 taken with my Canon point and shoot
    2 & 4 taken with IPhone with the micro adapter and all with same lighting conditions
    all 4 cropped with PhotoScape
