A guess on the grade 1954 dime

Found this dime at work the other day and would like an opinion on its condition. I can never tell the difference between AU and MS on toners.

    XF 45. A lot of wear on the reverse, especially the leaves on the left side. Obverse, face shows too much circulation wear.

    There's a lot of abrasions on his cheeks and over his eye, a lot of marks here and there and, to me, the reverse, at least, looks cleaned.

    So, in my very unprofessional opinion, it's about a 40 - 45.
