A gold Omega watch

    this omega tank could be worth $$$$ if it has the hallmarks. ie a buyer would want to see a 18k mark and must see the movement, the other omegas in the other post- the seamaster maybe a grand + the constellation know as the pie pan in gold at least 2k on a bad day. the band on the seamaster is known as the beads or rice could be worth a couple hundered alone.
    omega and rolex both will service these at not a very high price.
    disclaimer: my sketchy knowledge is pretty old.

    Thank you for your evaluation. Doing my best to help an 87 yo couple who have been very kind. He was somewhat aware of those facts. Old not stupid

    Have you tried posting on a vintage watch forum? There seem to be several to choose from. I'm not a watch guy but the face on yours seems to be in rough shape, with a chunk flaked off at 9:30. Don't know how much that detracts from the value.
