When the mint put up the uncirc. set for sale, it also posted a note that said that delivery wouldn't happen until August. Well, yesterday my two sets arrived! I thought that was a bit early but when I checked the sets I realized why. All the coins were there, along with the info card, but only in the Philadelphia side, there were no info cards included in the Denver side of the set! WOW!
Be sure to check your sets when yours arrive (if you ordered some).
I did order two more to have "complete" sets unless they do it to me again

Actually - they probably will send the COA at a later date.

Even in years past this was not unheard of for this to happen. Many times the Mint had the annual sets ready for shipment but the supplier they used to print the COAs was delayed for whatever reason. So rather than make their customers wait - the Mint would ship the coins and then send the COAs at a later date.

One particular example of this always sticks in my mind. It was in 1995, when the Mint issued the 10th Anniversary AGE/ASE Proof sets. The set which included the 1995-W Proof ASE arrived just fine - but it came with a note stating the COA would be delivered at a later date. Sure enough - a few weeks later it was ;)
