A Few New Nickels

Picked up a few new nickels today at a coin show.

I love one in particular Paid $6.25 each.

Also bought a 1959 proof set for $20 - felt like it was a good day. ))

Thanks everyone - I could not believe he parted with the die crack for 6 and a quarter. I love that Dollar sign S.

I need to go through his box again the next time there is a show. I think he had some DDR 43P's. I need to buy/bring a really good loop.

Very nice and especially nice die crack. Now, it's a 44-$.
I love war nickels. I'm always on the lookout for fuller steps, but they're getting tough.

 

Thanks, it's the first $ I have seen at a show - I agree about them being tough - especially in the better grades.
