These are pretty difficult to find. The 1991 10Y are a matched set with the large and small dates. The 5Y gold is tied for top pop at 2/0. The Kennedy was part of a deal so that’s why it’s included.
After fixing cert # details with ANACS, I’ve come to discover that not only are the 1991’s top pop at ANACS, they are also the only 2 they have graded to this point. 100% unique and can never be found again in soapboxes.
