Photo reshoot of this commoner from the collection... The date of this coin is off flan despite the rather high grade. I did find another coin with the same obverse die linked with a different reverse die both mention him as Mahakshatrapa. The same obverse die belongs to the date 132 SE or AD 210. This coin has a very tight planchet and rather high relief, the life like artistic execution of the bust is better than most of the series.
