A coin ID

    The coin is 20mm in diameter.

    The NI-K-A-IE is for Nicaea, Bithynia. Maybe Severus Alexander?

    That reverse type was used for some years by Nicaea in Bythinia, as Bob has noted. The obverse portrait could belong to anyone.
