Did you hear that there's now a British slabber? Here's a link to their website; www.cgs-uk.biz .

That definitely gets the thumbs down from me.

Skylark, the practice of slabbing is alien to us British Commonwealth numismatists.

Well i am a British Commonwealth numismatist and I beleive in slabbing (only for Indian coins) and using the americans ystem only. I know most of you will disagree with me but I stand strong even if i stand alone.

Spock1k,do you believe in adopting a 100 point grading system? Well, that is what this crowd has come up with.

    Aidan,

I don't quite follow what 100 point system are you talking about? If you have any links please let me know. Thanks.

Spock1k,if you go into the website,it will explain what the 100 point grading system that they've created all means.

Never mind. I thought that when you said this crowd you were refering to the coin talk crowd. No i don't agree with their system. I was talking about the shelden scale when I was talking about slabbing. sorry for any confusion.
