    Looks like circulation wear. With a worn die strike.. Not a Doubled Die IMHO

    I agree with Slipperysocks...tell us where you see doubling. Also, as a minimum, you should post the entire obverse and reverse along with a close-up of the area on the coin you are referring to.
    The pics need to be straight on, not slanted. They need to be in clear focus without glare.

    It is just worn with damage, and until you provide forum members with better pics that's all I can see and cannot help you any further...Spark
