9k Gold Hallmarked Mounted Coin - Help Identifying

    Morning all,

    I have this curious 1998 coin featuring St George and the dragon to one side and on the reverse what looks like Liberty (USA) I'm unable to figure out where this coin is from or if it was for commemorative purposes. The Coin is mounted on a 9k hallmarked pendant but as of yet the coin itself has not been tested.

    yes, fake.

    It may have some gold, but it has a copy of a US Obverse and a British reverse
