99 State Quarter/Tripled Die deterioration?

Hey All,

This looks neat, but I don't think it is an actual Tripled TDR. Is this Die deterioration tripling or MD? I am having a heck of a time with glare and all of the LED lights are blocked, sorry. It shows on the ECT of Connecticut the best. CT I have two views side by side, an upside down and right side up. Thanks all!!!!

This is caused from a very loose die !!!!

Now that I learned about that from you! I didn't see any. When a die is loose I wonder how/why it at times is only contained to specific letters and not all of them.

 

I'm not an expert on that, but I can ask Mr. Potter next week !!!
