Wexlers has no listing to check. Im having a hard time researching this one. Looks like machine doubling to me but Im just not nearly good enough. I really like when I find one like this and can compare die markers. Unfortunately, I cant do this on this one with the resources I know of. Whats this look like to you pros here? "O" and "S"??. TY Paddyman! Im going to keep this one just because I can see the error without a scope. Do you know what caused that extra metal in the "S"? I always want to say "cud" but cud is just on the rim right?

That's a die chip you see. You are correct, a cud involves the rim.

Do you guys know of a good source for DD listing of 90's quarters that shows pictures and markers?

If it's not in Wexler's files then it either does not exist or a new find has not yet been listed. Markers are not always needed. They are used more in staging coins (A,B,C, etc.) Just as the Blakesley effect is not always present on all clips.

I keep all of the "different" coins I come across. Put them in a crazy coin box or something. They are rarely worth much but are fun to find.
