Furryfrog Junior and I spent a Friday night at the Aberdeen Ironbirds baseball game. Even though the Ironbirds lost, we still had a great time having a Cub Scout campout on the field after the game. We watched "Little Giants" On the big screen and played frisbee on the outfield until 2am. To say I'm tired is an understatement. When we woke up (at 6am), we packed up, ate some breakfast, played some more frisbee, and then went to a coin show down the road. It wasn't a huge show but it was still pretty fun. We were hoping to see @Paddy54 but perhaps we showed up too early. FFIVN was given a 1936 Merc and a 1994 Proof set at the door and then a 1oz copper round with St. Gaulden's design on the front (must be nice to be a kid! haha). There wasn't much there that I was looking for (ancients) but I bought my first seated dime (I'm hoping to win the Dansco 7070 in @lordmarcovan's contest this month!) and FFIVN got a 95% off-center dime. It is 3.1g but beyond that, not much else can be seen. He asked me to share his new error coin so I am posting this. Thanks for looking!
Paddy had enough miles under his belt this week. So I decieded to take a Paddy day...... Felt good not needing to drive anywhere.
FFIVN kept asking if you were gonna be there haha. Honestly, I was totally ok with skipping the show after being up so late. I am too old for sleeping on the ground and only getting 4 hours of sleep max.
That was so much scrolling! I've never heard of these. Now I have something to look into! EDIT: Ocean City? We are probably going to take a day trip there next Thursday. Trying to get a bunch of stuff done before Furryfrog #3 comes in a month's time.
