'94 Cent, Offcenter error?

    I was searching through all my pocket change..which is mainly Memorial cents..and found this:

    Is it an offcentered coin? and if so, whats it worth?

    The '94 is a miss-aligned die...pretty common. The second has a counter-stamp on it...it might have some value to a counter-stamp collector.

    Don't think the 1st is off ctr. Second one may have some slight value to counterstamp collectors, but that is the most common one I have found roll searching. I saw some for 10c in bargain bin in AnnArbor. I keep all of the counterstamps I find, but would never buy one.

    stainless; what's going on with those steps on the reverse of the '94? Got a closer pic. of them?

    Also check the last two gaps between the last two memorial columns on the right side. That year has a Doubled Die Reverse. Check out the link below.

    The counterstamped piece was produced in 1976 as a cheap novelty commemorative of the Bicentennial.

    The first coin there's nothing wrong with it it's a normal strike the second coin is a novelty coin also had a cent with kennedy facing lincoln no big deal and no value to them
