92D cent odd color

    6FE66148-FC64-4E0B-8808-29631DAA6296.jpeg I found this a while back and was wondering if it is coated or missing a liar. It weighs 2.3 g as opposed to 2.5 g. Thank you

    The cent on the right side has been plated as a novelty item.

    Sometimes they weigh a bit less than the official weigh.
    There is a tolerance to the planchets.
