    Why isn't this considered a double date? FB_IMG_1625431685447.jpg 20210220_212718~4.jpg 20210220_212734.jpg

It is considered a type of Doubling, as in Machine Doubling and Die Deterioration Doubling. Both of which is a very common type and adds no value to the coin.
One is caused by a the machine process that makes coins, the other is caused by a worn die. Every die used to make business strike coins gets worn out before it is discarded.
A coin struck with a Doubled Die is desirable due to the doubling mistake being made by mint workers in the die manufacturing process.

It’s one of the many forms of NAV or no added value doubling. It’s zinc and that add to the problem. Dies are used until they are worn out and then used longer. This coin is minted from a well worn die, not a machine error.
