DDO005 or 003 ms 65 red All right I'm excited these are the best pictures I can get for now I even used an old phone and Bluetooth the pictures over to the other phone until I get those plastic things to put it in to send it out to grading I'm not taking it out of the flip it's been in that flip for like 6 years

Unfortunately, I can't help you from the photos you posted. Try building a simple shoebox photo stand. Have a look -

    Simple construction:

    • Old shoe box
    • Empty pill bottles filled with coins for weight (sand would work fine...probably better)
    • A piece of glass from a broken picture frame
    • Pieces of packing materials to create the backing and light filter
    • An old watch can (watch was sold in a can) also filled with coins for weight (sand would work here too)
    • An LED light I got off Amazon for cheap
    • A knockout center from a foam cushion (used to lift coin off of backing)
    • An old iPhone 5 that I kept since they were only going to give me $50 as a trade-in
Given that the camera in the phone is reasonable (they have gotten much better over time), I'm able to take decent shots in very short order. With a better camera, I bet I can do better with the quick shots.

The watch can is nearly the perfect height to set the distance between the object coin and the camera. I don't have to fidget much. Someone suggested a ping-pong ball to further block light that causes glare on the coin. It worked!!

Here's the thing, Willy. Without a major expense and a small investment of time, you can begin to master your photography of coins. I find it fun...albeit sometimes it can be frustrating. Give it a shot! You might have as much fun as I did building it and taking pictures to post here.

    Good luck!!

Why do you want to send out for grading? You’ll never recover the costs to do so. Just put in a flip.

I can understand that but will being in a slab make a difference?

I'm going to give it to ICC to put it in their slab because I'm not going to sell it I'm going to keep it and then they're right up the street from me I live in Tamp

Slabs are not airtite. It might help a little like a flip would but it does not stop the toning.
The slabs are getting better. NGC offers a 10 year guarantee, but after that then thecolor designation is void.
I am not sure that PCGS offers a color Garauntee.
