In the link there is a difference statistics ( for 96000000 ) between :

And

Now I want to buy 2 X 1 each 1 - 8 like : 54628173

 

So, according to the link, 1 in 57 chance of 8 diff. #s
I've heard these referred to as "scrambled ladders".
