I found this today and decided to keep it because of the age. There are a few folds, but it's still crisp. Must have been sitting somewhere for a while. The back of the bill looks to be centered on the paper, but the front of the bill has very little framing to it. Since I have nothing to compare it to, I was wondering, is this "normal", or would this be considered an error bill?
its not considered an error until part of the design is missing. And even then, value largely depends on just how much of the design is cut off. Still an awsome find :thumb: and certainly a keeper
It always seemed to me that the value went up a little for some of the design missing, but went up more sharply once you can see part of the adjacent note.
absolutely. that is pretty much what my minds eye had pictured when i was typing earlier... but my fingers dont talk well with my minds eye so...
